11/24/2009

LITTLE ROCK, AR (INGERSOLL RAND NEWS SERVICE) -- The Trane MidSouth district sales office (DSO) held its 2nd Annual Charity Golf Tournament recently to benefit Arkansas Children's Hospital. Eighteen dealer teams and more than 20 sponsors participated in the event, which raised over $10,000 for the hospital. All the money raised was donated to the hospital's Greatest Patient Need Fund.

"Community events like the Trane DSO Charity golf tournament are a vital part of the fundraising efforts at Arkansas Children's Hospital," said Jennifer Forrest, senior community development coordinator. "This year, the tournament supported our Greatest Need Patient Care Fund. By hosting this tournament, Trane directly impacted our patients' lives by advancing the care of children."
