GHH RAND® has developed an innovative, compact, sliding vane compressor for the efficient discharge of bulk liquid road tankers. Featuring a clean, oil free design alongside optimised quality of life features, the SV200 offers a high performing and reliable solution for liquid road tanker applications including: oils, solvents, alkalis, hot bitumen, and many other liquids and chemicals. The SV200 is supported by our full range of ancillaries to suit all drive methods.

Footprint Interchangeable
Footprint interchangeable with most existing sliding vane compressors, enabling ease of replacement and low exchange costs.
Innovative Side-Plate Venting System
Our innovative venting system allows air to exhaust properly, yet prevents ingress of water from entering and contaminating the compression chamber. This optimised feature is unique to GHH RAND and significantly reduces the risk of compressor failure, irrespective of compressor mounting position, offering high reliability and reducing unscheduled off-road downtime.
Corrosion Protection
Galvanised and passivated mounting feet alongside an anodised body and side plates substantially reduce the risk of internal corrosion and unplanned off-road time and expenditure.
Robust Mounting Frame
The SV200 liquid transfer compressor comes with a fully engineered & FEA-calculated steel bracket to offer simplified mounting of the compressor onto the vehicle’s chassis.
Configurable to Your Application
Customer can self-select the different configuration options they would like to suit their specific application requirements, creating an optimised solution specifically for their industry needs.
Optimised Volume Flow
Optimised volume flow significantly improves product discharge time and reduces noise contamination and engine fuel consumption.
Quality of Life Features
Long blade life due to geometrical optimisation of the blade position and angle alongside reduced internal temperatures result in a lower risk of transferred product damage and a longer life expectancy, offering ongoing peace of mind.
High Flexibility
We offer flexible mounting positions to optimise installation. The mounting feet can easily be moved to best suit your exact application. They can also be turned by 180° to achieve a closer spacing of the mounting drill holes on the mounting frame to the vehicle chassis.
Optional Discharge Pipework
We can offer stainless steel discharge pipework as a preassembled fabrication, offering the customer a complete assembly option as a hassle-free package.
Full Range of Ancillary Options
We offer a complete range of ancillary options for both the direct drive and hydraulic drive versions of the SV200 including: air filter and kit, discharge port flange kit, companion flange, non-return and safety relief valve, hydraulic trunk, coupling and hydraulic drive motor.
