Reciprocating Oil-Free Air Compressors – Industrial Applications

The Ingersoll Rand range of Reciprocating Oilfree Air Compressors offers delivery pressures of ~9 bar and a variety of volumetric flows that can meet even the most challenging requirements. The units can be offered in either single or two stage configurations and can be configured to deliver a complete turnkey solution with compressor, drive, controls, dryers and receiver all fitting on a compact skid. All units are fully tested in our ISO 9001 accredited facility to ensure they are fully operational as quickly as possible in your facility. 

Features

  • Non-lubricated 100% oil free, water cooled, continuous duty cycle rated. 
  • Rugged frame design-one-piece cast iron construction. 
  • Non lubricated, featuring long-life self-lubricating composite wearing components. Rifle drilled oil passage. 
  • Cylinders constructed with large cast-in water jackets for dimensional stability under continuous operation. 
  • Intercoolers/after coolers selected for optimal approach temperature. 
  • All internal components and piping are corrosion protected for extended life. 
  • Distance pieces feature two compartments, ensuring the lubricant is isolated from the cylinders. 
  • Pre-programmed Logic controller based control panel, with IP54 protection. 
  • Auto drain trap with bypass arrangement at Air Receiver. 
  • Two-step capacity control (0 - 100%). 
  • All compressor packages load tested at 100% full operating pressure. 
  • On two stage models - Horizontal balanced opposed design making the package compact, small foot print and easy to install

• Cooling water inlet temperature 90 ⁰F considered & cooler CTD will be 20 ⁰F.
• The performance is at the compressor discharge flange.
