Sterile Filters N3A HST, NES

N3A HST and NES series are the most recent expression of high specialized products to satisfy all the needs of medical, pharmaceutic and food sectors, where aseptic compressed air is needed. The filter elements are made of high efficiency borosilicate glass microfibre which provides particle removal down to 0.01 μm with a DOP penetration < 0.0001 % and thanks to the o-rings and silicon potting FDA approved, they can whithstand at least 50 sterilisation cycles. 

NES* range is made of stainless steel housings (AISI 316 L) with BSP threaded connections, and they can be sterilized “in situ” under steam (without the need for moving the element into an autoclave) for inhibiting possible bacteria’s growth These elements don’t remove contaminants such as CO and CO2.
