Os compressores MSG® são projetados e fabricados de acordo com as necessidades de clientes específicos para diversas aplicações. Nossos compressores estilo MSG são fabricados com componentes de fluxo de ar de alta engenharia, projetados para terem instalação e operação fáceis e de baixo custo.

Características

  • Propulsores: Propulsores fresados de cinco ejes diseñados y fabricados con técnicas y métodos avanzados
  • Difusores de paletas: Diseño y colocación de las paletas optimizados para una mayor eficiencia
  • Sistema de lubricación: Sistema de lubricación a baja presión autónomo
  • Enfriadores interetápicos/posenfriadores: Los conjuntos de enfriadores interetápicos y posenfriadores con tubos de agua se deslizan hacia fuera para simplificar la inspección y la limpieza
  • Diseño avanzado de los cojinetes del piñón: Diseñados para una duración ampliada y un funcionamiento con cualquier carga
  • Juntas: Ofrecemos una amplia variedad de diseños sin contacto y sin desgaste capaces de gestionar numerosos procesos de gas diferentes, que no requieren aire amortiguador para una junta exenta de aceite

Gas Flow Arrangement

MSG centrifugal compressors feature an advanced arrangement of gas flow components. Advantages of this arrangement include:

  • Directed gas movement to reduce turbulence induced friction
  • Air is cooled after every stage to provide high isothermal efficiency
